Cause analysis: It could be due to a clogged inlet pipe, a damaged impeller, air entering the pump, or a low speed.
Troubleshooting Method: Clean the inflow pipe and filter, inspect the impeller for damage, and replace it promptly if necessary. Check that the pump seal is in good condition and remove any air from the pump. If the problem is with speed, examine the motor's power source and transmission mechanism to confirm that the pump's speed fits the design specifications.
 

Insufficient pressure
Cause analysis: It could be due to impeller wear causing head drop, seal leakage causing energy loss, insufficient inlet pressure or high pipeline resistance, etc.
Troubleshooting Method: Examine the impeller and seal condition, then repair or replace any damaged or leaky components. Check if the inlet pressure is normal. If not, investigate issues with upstream equipment or pipes. If pipeline resistance is excessively high, try optimizing the pipeline layout, increasing pipe diameter, or cleaning the debris inside the pipeline to reduce resistance.

 

Increased pump vibration and noise
Cause Analysis: It could be caused by an imbalanced impeller, a bent pump shaft, a damaged bearing, a misaligned coupling, or an insecure base.
Troubleshooting Method: examine and fix the impeller balance, examine the straightness of the pump shaft, straighten or replace it if bent, replace the damaged bearing, correct the coupling's concentricity, inspect the foundation for looseness, and reinforce it if necessary.
