Yiu Lian Dockyards High-Pressure Cleaning Pump System

Wuxi Petrel provided its 3ZX120 high-pressure plunger pump system for Yiu Lian Dockyards Co., Ltd. to support vessel cleaning and dockyard deck washing operations. The system has been installed and put into operation at shipyards located in Zhoushan, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, delivering reliable high-pressure water cleaning performance for marine maintenance and shipyard service applications.


The supplied cleaning solution is designed as a complete skid-mounted package, integrating the 3ZX120 high-pressure plunger pump, variable frequency drive (VFD) control cabinet, electric motor, inlet filter, water tank and booster feed pump. The entire system is installed inside a protective weather shelter, providing a compact and integrated solution for outdoor shipyard environments. With optimized water supply and flow distribution, the skid system supports simultaneous operation of four water guns, improving cleaning efficiency for large vessel surfaces, ship decks, and dockyard facilities.


The 3ZX120 is a heavy-duty triplex high-pressure plunger pump developed for continuous industrial cleaning applications, including ship cleaning, marine maintenance, and large-area water jet cleaning. Combined with VFD control technology and a complete auxiliary system, it provides stable pressure output, flexible operation, and long-term reliability for demanding cleaning environments.
