High Pressure Plunger Pump Solution for Wide Temperature Range Fluid Transfer with Stable 24/7 Operation

Wuxi Petrel provided a customized high-pressure plunger pump solution for a chemical process application involving the continuous transfer of No.3 Jet Fuel, lubricating oil, and diesel under demanding temperature and pressure conditions.

The complete system consists of multiple high-pressure plunger pumps, each selected according to different fluid properties, operating temperatures, and process requirements. By combining different pump models, the system achieves reliable transfer performance across a wide range of applications, including high-temperature fuel service, low-temperature aviation fuel transfer, and continuous oil circulation.

For No.3 Jet Fuel transfer, the system adopts different pump configurations to meet various operating conditions. The 3ZW100 pumps provide stable high-pressure transfer performance under a temperature range of 0°C~160°C (32°F~320°F). For applications requiring wider temperature adaptability, the system is equipped with 5ZW100 and 3ZX90 pumps, which handle No.3 Jet Fuel under extreme conditions from -55°C~160°C (-67°F~320°F).

For lubricating oil transfer, the 3ZH75.100 pump provides stable flow delivery under high-temperature operating conditions of 20°C~160°C (68°F~320°F). The same pump series is also applied for diesel transfer, supporting different temperature requirements of 30°C~100°C (86°F~212°F) and -45°C~120°C (-49°F~248°F).

All pumps in this system are designed for 24-hour continuous operation, providing stable pressure output, low leakage performance, and reliable long-term service. With optimized hydraulic design and precision-machined components, the pressure pulsation is controlled within ±2 bar, ensuring consistent process performance and protecting downstream equipment.
