Turkey Spunlace Nonwoven Production Line Equipped with 13 High Pressure Water Jet Pumps

Wuxi Petrel provided a complete high-pressure water pump solution for a spunlace nonwoven production line in Turkey. The production line is equipped with 13 high-pressure plunger pumps, covering different hydroentanglement stages from pre-wetting to final fiber reinforcement.

The complete pump system includes four different pump models, each selected according to the pressure and flow requirements of different production sections.

For the initial preparation stage, two 3ZH75 low-pressure plunger pumps (18.5kW) provide stable water supply for fiber web pre-wetting. The lower pressure water flow helps compact the fiber web, remove trapped air, and improve web stability before high-pressure hydroentanglement.

The production line is also equipped with three 3ZH100 plunger pumps (45kW) for the front and middle hydroentanglement sections. With moderate pressure and higher flow capacity, these pumps provide effective fiber entanglement while maintaining stable production performance for low- to medium-GSM spunlace fabrics.

The core hydroentanglement process is supported by five 3ZX120 high-pressure plunger pumps (132kW). These pumps deliver high-volume and stable water flow for the main bonding section, creating continuous water jets to achieve sufficient fiber entanglement and fabric strength.

For the final reinforcement process, three 3ZW100 high-pressure plunger pumps (160kW) provide the highest pressure output in the system. These pumps are designed to deliver strong and consistent water jet impact, improving final fabric strength, web consolidation, and product quality.
