After each use, clean the surface of the equipment and check whether there is leakage at the connection.
Wipe the plunger rod and apply lubricating oil.

Check the filter element of the air source triplex and replace it if necessary (pneumatic Pressure Test Pump).
Check the oil level and oil quality of the lubricating oil and replenish or replace it if necessary.
3. Monthly maintenance:
Check the seals and replace them in time if they are worn or aged.
Check whether the pump body is worn, cracked or corroded.
4. Quarterly maintenance:
Clean the pump cavity and check the sealing performance of the plunger and the one-way valve.
Check the electrical system (electric Pressure Test Pump) to ensure its normal operation.
5. Annual overhaul:
Comprehensively check the performance of the equipment, including pressure testing and pressure holding functions.
Replace wearing parts such as seals, filter elements, etc.
