Working principle
High-Pressure Electric Water Pump transfers the impeller's mechanical energy to kinetic energy, which is ultimately converted to water pressure energy. The impeller is directly linked to the motor's drive shaft and revolves at the same speed as the motor. The impeller revolves, creating a vacuum inside the pump, allowing water to flow into the pump housing at atmospheric pressure. When water strikes the impeller blades, it gains kinetic energy and accelerates its flow toward the pump housing due to the centrifugal force acting on the impeller. The water velocity in the pump housing gradually declines as the flow channel size is reduced, and the high kinetic energy is turned into a high pressure head. Finally, the water exits the pump housing via the pump outlet and flows into the delivery pipe, where it is transported to the intended destination.
