Material transfer pump development status

The pump has been widely used in cement conveying and fly ash conveying systems in thermal power plants. It is an indisputable fact that compared with traditional powder conveying equipment (bin pump, negative pressure conveying), the investment is small, there is no fault, and the maintenance cost is low. However, due to the limitation of its transmission distance (equivalent distance of 500 meters, actual distance of 300 meters), the development of its long distance transmission in large thermal power plants is restricted, and this problem needs further research and improvement. But in general, it is an excellent choice for short and medium distance transportation.
