Fire Special Pump Structure Requirements

1. The structure of the pump should ensure that it is easy to maintain and replace parts on site. Fasteners and self-locking devices should not be loose due to vibration and other reasons.
2. An arrow indicating the direction of rotation should be cast on the pump body.
3, there should be pressure gauge, vacuum pressure gauge (except submersible pump, deep well pump), table accuracy should not be less than 2.5.
4, the pump should be set up water cock.
5, the nominal pressure of the pump outlet flange should be able to meet the requirements of the maximum working pressure, the nominal pressure of the pump inlet flange should not be less than 1.0MPa. The connection size of the flange shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 9112-2000 and GB/T 9124-2000.
6. The inlet of the pump should be able to withstand positive pressure of 0.4MPa.
