1, Fire pump performance parameter requirements
(1) Ordinary fire pump
Working condition 1: When the suction depth is 1m, the rated flow rate (Qn) and rated pressure (Pn) should be met, and the working pressure should not exceed 1.05 times of the rated pressure.
Working condition 2: When the suction depth is 1m, the flow rate is 1.5Qn, and the working pressure should not be less than 0.65Pn.
The maximum working pressure shall not exceed 1.4Pn.
(2) Deep well, submersible fire pump
Working condition 1: When the suction depth is 0m, the rated flow rate (Qn) and rated pressure (Pn) should be met, and the working pressure should not exceed 1.05 times of the rated pressure.
Working condition 2: When the suction depth is 0m, the flow rate is 1.5Qn, and the working pressure should not be less than 0.65Pn.
The maximum working pressure shall not exceed 1.4Pn.
2, The structural requirements, corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, continuous operation and other performance testing should meet the requirements of GB6245-2006 standard.
3, the pump used by the pump group should be stereotyped identification and type inspection and meet the relevant standards. The selected prime movers should be identified and conform to relevant standards. The engine should have good starting performance at room temperature and should ensure smooth starting within 5s. Within 20s after the water is led, the fire pump should be able to reach the rated working condition.
4, The pump impeller rotation is flexible, no blocking phenomenon.
5, The designer should choose and determine the type of fire pump according to the location and area of the fire pump room and the specific situation of the fire water supply system in the project.
6, The flow and pressure of the fire pump should be calculated according to the requirements of the service building (or factory area, residential area), storage yard, storage tank, etc. on the fire water and water pressure. The fire pump must meet the requirements of water pressure and flow. The flow and head of the pump are not lower than the design requirements, nor lower than the given value of the performance curve.
7, The temporary high pressure fire water supply system of the fire pump should be used for one standby, or multi-use one standby. The working capacity of the standby fire pump should not be less than that of the largest fire pump. When one unit is used, the influence of multiple fire pumps working in parallel on the system flow and pressure should be considered.
8, Select the fire pump, the flow to pressure (Q to P) characteristic curve should be flat without hump. If possible, tangential pump or pump valve (pressure regulator valve) integrated pump unit can be selected.
