Preparation before starting
1. Check the status of the equipment: Make sure all parts are intact, including whether the plastic parts are aged, whether the crankcase is clean, etc.
2. Check the oil level: Make sure that the lubricating oil is within the specified oil level range, which should usually be between the upper and lower scale lines of the observation window.
3. Check the connection: Make sure that all connection parts are tight and there is no air or water leakage.
4. Connect the water pipe: Connect the water inlet pipe to the water source and the water outlet pipe to the high-pressure spray gun to ensure that the connection is firm.
5. Prepare the water source: Connect to a stable water source to ensure that the water source is sufficient.
Start and operation
1. Start the equipment: After confirming that the power supply voltage matches, connect the power supply line and start the equipment.
2. Empty the air: After starting, let the liquid flow out from the output opening to empty the air in the pump head.
3. Slowly pressurize: After the pump is running normally, slowly pressurize, pay attention to any abnormal sound and vibration.
4. Adjust the pressure: Adjust the pressure setting according to the cleaning task, and use the pressure regulator to control the output pressure.
5. Test the nozzle: Before formal cleaning, test the nozzle on an insensitive surface to ensure that the nozzle and pressure settings are appropriate.
Precautions during use
1. Keep a safe distance: The nozzle should be kept 10 to 15 cm away from the cleaning target surface to avoid damaging the surface of the object.
2. Control the use time: Avoid using the high-pressure cleaning pump for a long time, especially when operating at high pressure, it should be controlled within a certain time.
3. Avoid idling: Do not let the pump run without water to avoid damaging the pump body.
Shutdown and maintenance
1. Reduce pressure first and then shut down: Before shutting down, first reduce the pump pressure to zero, and then turn off the power switch and valves of the equipment.
2. Empty the liquid: If the pump is not used for a long time, the remaining liquid should be drained to ensure that the suction and output channels and pipelines are emptied.
